Abstract:
A closure for wine bottle, especially a tear-off top-opening dual tamperproof closure
for wine bottle is disclosed. The closure includes: a casing, a sleeve, an inner
cap and a seat, the lower end of the seat is fastened onto a bottle mouth, the upper
end of the seat is threaded onto the inner cap, the upper end of the inner cap is provided
with a projection upwardly, the projection has a through hole at the center thereof,
the top of the sleeve is provided with a top pushing piece, the casing encloses
the sleeve and is fastened with the seat, the upper end of the casing is provided
with an opening portion, and, the seat is provided with a flange, the inner side
of the sleeve is provided with snap lugs, these snap lugs is pressed upwardly against
the bottom face of the flange of the seat, and the positioning circumferentially
of the inner cap is performed through engaging the external longitudinal ridges
on the outer wall of the cap with the internal longitudinal ridges on the inner
wall of the sleeve, wherein the center of the seat is provided with a boss which
can be matched with the through hole of the inner cap, and the boss is connected
with the seat by several spaced ribs. The closure can be opened easily, and has
better performance of tamperproof.
