Abstract:
A production line system for dispensing and curing glass and a metal sheet, comprising a rack (1) and a splitter (11). A rotating disc (12) is rotatably provided on the splitter (11) by means of a rotating shaft (111); multiple clamps (2) are provided on the rotating disc (12) around the axis of the rotating shaft (111) in a circumferential array manner; the rack (1) is provided with a gluing device (5) and an extrusion curing device (8); the gluing device (5) adds glue to the metal sheet; and the extrusion curing device (8) is used for bonding the glass and the metal sheet and curing the glue. The present invention further relates to a technological process for dispensing and curing glass and a metal sheet. The glue is accurately added by means of the gluing device (5), thus avoiding the subsequent cleaning of redundant glue, and the curing of the glue is completed in one time, thus improving the processing efficiency of a product.
