Abstract:
Provided is a crystal form B of Tegoprazan. An X-ray powder diffraction pattern thereof has characteristic peaks at 2θ values of 9.5±0.2° and 14.1±0.2° and has one or more of the following characteristic peaks: 15.4±0.2°, 16.2±0.2°, 19.1±0.2°, 20.6±0.2°, 21.8±0.2°, 22.8±0.2°, 25.1±0.2°, 28.4±0.2° and 32.2±0.2°. The crystal form B has a simple preparation method, has good reproducibility, and has low requirements for the preparation process and storage conditions. In addition, the crystal form B has good stability and low hygroscopicity. When exposed to 25°C/92.5%RH high humidity and an illuminated environment, the crystal form B has no obvious change in the chemical purity thereof, and the crystal form also has no change in the X-ray powder diffraction pattern thereof. The crystal form B has strong medicinal value.
