Abstract:
There is disclosed a temperature compensation system and an exercise bicycle including the same that may provide consistent resistance by compensating for the intensity of the resistance based on temperature change, The temperature compensation system of the exercise bicycle may include a driver configured to drive a coil of an EMS (Electronic Magnetic System) of an exercise bicycle based on a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal; a temperature sensor configured to detect the temperature of the coil; and a processor configured to compensate for current flowing through the coil by monitoring the temperature of the coil through the temperature sensor in real time and adjusting a duty ratio of the PWM signal based on the temperature of the coil.
