Abstract:
The present technology pertains to a wearable-type temperature control device and a temperature control method which can improve the comfort of a user. This temperature control device comprises: an environment sensor which measures an environment temperature which is the temperature of the surrounding environment; a temperature changing element used for cooling at least the body surface of the user; and a temperature control unit which controls, on the basis of the environment temperature, an element temperature which is the temperature of the temperature changing element. The present technology can be used, for example, in a wearable-type temperature control device.
