Abstract:
A temperature control method, comprising the following steps: obtaining a temperature parameter, the temperature parameter comprising an internal temperature of a terminal device and/or an external ambient temperature (101); when the temperature parameter exceeds a preset temperature threshold, performing logic processing on the temperature parameter (102); and determining whether to trigger temperature control according to a logic processing result (103). A temperature control apparatus is further provided, so that the technical problem of reducing the technical performance of the terminal device in order to cool down is solved, and accurate implementation of temperature control is achieved and thus triggering temperature control too early or too late is avoided; and the heating of a mobile phone and other user experience of using the mobile phone can be balanced, and user experience in other usage scenarios is not affected due to the reduction of the heating of the mobile phone.
