Abstract:
A temperature-controllable sand-mold 3D printing liquid supplying system, comprising a liquid storage tank (1), a first-stage filter (2), a liquid suction pump (3), a second-stage ink box (4), a main filter (5), a defoamer (6), a heating device (7), a liquid supply pump (8), a liquid supply pump damper (9), a circulating refrigerating system (10), a sensing device (11), a printing head (12), a return pump (13), a return pump damper (14), and a control system (15). When the liquid supplying system is working, the sensing device feeds an internal liquid pressure and temperature of the printing head back to the control system in real time to control the liquid supply pump and the return pump to adjust the internal liquid pressure of the printing head, and control the heating device and the circulating refrigerating system to control the internal liquid temperature of the printing head. By using the liquid supplying system above, requirements on a liquid temperature in a sand-mold 3D printing process can be satisfied, and safe and reliable operation of a printing system can be guaranteed.
