Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of intelligent controlled-release antibacterial packaging, and particularly relates to a temperature controlled-release antibacterial three-layer film under the action of a mechanical driving force and a preparation method therefor. A temperature-sensitive inner layer solution, a deformed intermediate layer solution and a rigid outer layer solution are first prepared and then sprayed layer by layer on the surface of a fruit or vegetable to generate a three-layer preservative film, which may be used for preserving the fruit or vegetable. The three-layer film is prepared by using a film forming mode for layer-by-layer assembly, so that the release path power of an antibacterial active ingredient may be effectively improved on the basis of controlling the release path direction of the antibacterial active ingredient, thus optimizing the preservation effect. Heat-conducting particles are added into the rigid outer layer solution and the deformed intermediate layer solution respectively, so that the defect of an untimely temperature response caused by the thickness of the multi-layer film is overcome, and the following technical problems are solved: when a stimulated "switch" is generated in existing controlled-release packaging, the release path power of the antibacterial active ingredient is insufficient, and the diffusion direction of the active ingredient cannot be controlled.
