Title:
TEMPERATURE DETECTION INK, TEMPERATURE DETECTION INK INITIALIZATION METHOD, TEMPERATURE INDICATOR, AND ARTICLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/142480
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of making it possible to provide temperature detection ink having a color that can be initialized through a simple method and that, at and above a reaction temperature, changes with the accumulation of time and temperature, and to solve this problem, provides a temperature detection ink that is characterized by including a temperature detection material and solvent and in that: the temperature detection material has a structure in which a temperature indicator including a leuco dye, developer, and decolorizer is encapsulated in microcapsules or a structure in which a phase including the temperature indicator and a matrix material are phase separated; the temperature indicator is solidified while remaining colorless by being cooled from a melted state to or below a glass transition point at a prescribed speed or faster; the glass transition temperature of the temperature indicator is between -20°C and 60°C, inclusive; and the melting point of the temperature indicator is between 60°C and 250°C, inclusive, and is lower than the boiling point of the solvent.
