Disclosed is a temperature and humidity adjustment heat exchange coil with metal fiber layers attached to the surfaces of fins, wherein same relates to the technical field of heat exchange coils, and specifically comprises a temperature and humidity adjustment heat exchange coil, wherein evenly distributed heat exchange fins are fixedly connected to the outside of the temperature and humidity adjustment heat exchange coil, a solution pool is arranged below the temperature and humidity adjustment heat exchange coil, a solution is provided in the solution pool, and a solution pump is fixedly mounted on one side of the solution pool. Compared with a traditional serial-piece type heat exchange coil pipe structure, the temperature and humidity adjustment heat exchange coil with the metal fiber layers attached to the surfaces of the fins has a better heat transfer performance due to metal substrates on the fins of the temperature and humidity adjustment heat exchange coil and the metal fiber layers attached to surfaces of the substrates; in addition, the metal fiber layers on the surfaces of the fins increase the contact area between air and the solution on the surfaces of the fins and increase a mass transfer coefficient between the air and the solution.
