Abstract:
Some of embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of batteries, and provide a temperature measurement device and a battery pack. The temperature measurement device comprising a housing (10), a temperature sensor (30), and a fixing member (20); a sensing part of the temperature sensor (30) is located on the surface of housing (10); the surface of the housing (10) where the sensing part is located is a temperature measurement surface (11); the fixing member (20) is connected to the housing (10); a space through which an object to be measured is allowed to pass is formed between the fixing member (20) and the temperature measurement surface (11). The battery pack comprises more than two single cells, a heat exchange pipeline, and the temperature measurement device (1). By adoption of the embodiments of the present application, the housing (10) and the temperature sensor (20) can be fixed to the outer surface of the object to be measured by means of the fixing member (20), the temperature of said object can be accurately measured, and the problem of leakage of cooling liquid in the heat exchange pipeline is effectively solved.
