Abstract:
The present invention relates to a temperature measurement system and a temperature measurement method thereby, the system comprising: a first sensor for outputting a temperature response signal of which frequency is converted according to a temperature change, on the basis of an incident wave; a second sensor for measuring a temperature, and outputting the measured temperature by using the power generated from a surrounding electromagnetic field; and a control unit for calibrating a temperature value corresponding to the temperature response signal, on the basis of the temperature response signal outputted from the first sensor and the temperature measured by the second sensor. The present invention makes it possible to generate power from a surrounding electromagnetic field by using energy harvesting techniques, and by using the same, to measure and/or output a reference temperature for calibrating a SAW sensor, thereby having an effect of fundamentally solving the inconvenience of manually calibrating the SAW sensor according to changes in a surrounding physical environment.
