Abstract:
Disclosed are a temperature probe, a cooking utensil and a heating control method. The temperature probe comprises a probe (1), a hardware box (2) and a clamp (3), wherein a temperature sensor (12) is arranged in the probe (1), and is used for being inserted into food and/or soup to detect the temperature thereof, and wirelessly sending a temperature detection signal to a controller of a cooking utensil by means of a wireless probe transmission device (22), so that the controller determines, according to the temperature detection signal, the degree by which the food is cooked and whether the magnitude of thermal power for heating is appropriate, and when it is determined that the thermal power for heating is not appropriate, adjusts the heating power of a heating device so as to improve a cooking effect. The temperature of food and soup is detected by means of a temperature probe, and the degree by which the food is cooked and whether the magnitude of thermal power for heating is appropriate are determined by means of a detected temperature signal. Such a determination method is more reliable than a method in which a user carries out determination according to changes in the colour and appearance of the food, and can effectively prevent the problem of undercooked or overcooked food caused by the erroneous determination of the user, such that the user can easily obtain nutritious and delicious food.
