Abstract:
The present invention has been made to solve the problem and the main purpose thereof is to provide a method for efficiently delivering a drug to the lungs. In the present invention, by using a temperature-responsive drug/polymer compound, aggregates of the compound can be formed in an aqueous medium in a temperature-dependent manner. The aggregates can be absorbed transpulmonarily and can be suitably retained in lung tissues, thereby achieving efficient delivery of the drug to the lungs.
