Abstract:
A temperature sensing and pressure regulating structure of a carbon dioxide scroll compressor, comprising a compressor body (10), a scroll plate assembly (20) and a temperature control valve (40). The compressor body is provided with an exhaust channel (132). The scroll plate assembly (20) is arranged in the compressor body (10) to separate a high pressure chamber (24) and a back pressure chamber (25) and is provided with a pressure relief channel (30). The high pressure chamber (24) is communicated with the exhaust channel (132), the pressure relief channel (30) and the back pressure chamber (25). The temperature control valve (40) is arranged in the pressure relief channel (30) and comprises a cylinder (41), a thermal expansion material (42) and a valve stem (43). The cylinder (41) is provided with a bypass channel (413) communicated with the pressure relief channel (30). The cylinder (41) is filled with the thermal expansion material (42). The valve stem (43) movably penetrates through the cylinder (41) to adjust the communication amount between the bypass channel (413) and the pressure relief channel (30). High-temperature and high-pressure gas is relieved towards the back pressure chamber (25) through the pressure relief channel (30) and the bypass channel (413). When the thermal expansion material (42) expands when heated, said material pushes the valve stem (43), so as to reduce the communication amount to adjust the pressure relief amount to achieve the effect of voltage regulation.
