Abstract:
A second case (40) is provided with a protrusion (46) which protrudes further toward the side opposite a first case (10) than a threaded section (45) and which is located within a passage (61) when the second case (40) is mounted to a member (60) to which the second case (40) is to be mounted. The protrusion (46) has an opening (47) formed in a region of the outer peripheral side surface of the protrusion (46), the region being such that, when the second case (40) is mounted to the member to which the second case (40) is to be mounted, the region is viewable when the outer peripheral side surface of the protrusion is viewed in the direction of flow of a medium being subjected to measurement. The protrusion (46) is also provided with a flow direction change section (42a, 48) for changing the direction of flow of the medium being subjected to measurement, from the direction along the passage (61) toward a sensor section (22), the medium having been introduced into an introduction hole (42) from the passage (61) through the opening (47).
