Abstract:
A template generating apparatus (12) comprises a specifying unit (53), a first generating unit (54), and a second generating unit (57). The specifying unit (53) specifies, from among a plurality of templates in which scripts related to elements constituting an existing system are described, and for each of the elements of the same type, common sections and non-common sections of the scripts. The first generating unit (54) generates, for each of the elements of the same type, a general-purpose script in which the specified common sections are described and the non-common sections are described as items indicating inconsistency in the descriptions thereof. The second generating unit (57) generates templates for a new system using, for elements that are the same as elements in an existing system, the scripts of the same elements in the existing system, and using, for new elements, general-purpose scripts of the same type.
