Abstract:
The present invention relates to a temporary high-temperature-resistant dispersing agent and preparation and use methods therefor, the agent being a block type high-molecular polymer prepared from amino-containing polysiloxane by means of a one-step reaction. The prepared block type polymer may be directly used as a dispersing agent; or same may be used as a basic formula, and used as a dispersing agent after other auxiliary components are added; the dispersing agent may also be used in combination with one or more other dispersing aids and/or surfactants to meet dispersing requirements of various special occasions. In the present invention, an organosilicon compound having good temperature resistance and a soft molecular chain and an aromatic group having strong polarity and good temperature resistance are ingeniously combined together, and the synergy between the temperature resistance of the two is used to achieve the high temperature resistance feature of the dispersing agent; in addition, the feature of "temporariness" of the dispersing agent is achieved by utilizing the feature of low thermal degradation residue of the organosilicon compound at higher temperatures.
