Abstract:
A tension adjusting and fixing device for a surgical mesh, and a surgical application thereof. The tension adjusting and fixing device for a surgical mesh comprises: a tension adjusting cord (3a) and a positioner (02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19). The tension adjusting cord (3a) is guided to pass through the positioner (02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19) and is associated with an end portion of a sling (1) and a subsequently implanted pubis obturator anchor (2) to adjust the tension of the sling (1). The tension adjusting cord (3a) cooperates, or a locking suture (4, 41) is additionally provided to cooperate, with the positioner (02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19) to fix the tension and position of the sling (1). According to the tension adjusting and fixing device for a surgical mesh, the operation difficulty and surgery duration of single-incision tension-free vaginal tape are reduced, a reliable implementing solution of adjusting the tension of the sling (1) and locking the tension and position of the sling (1) using a single hand is provided, the tension of sling (1) is prevented from being changed in a surgery process, and diversified examples are provided to give options to doctors with different operating habits during the surgery.
