A terahertz ISAR imaging method and imaging system. The terahertz ISAR imaging method comprises: a terahertz ISAR transmitting to an imaging target a linear frequency modulation signal and acquiring an echo signal (S1); setting a target reference position, and acquiring, according to the target reference position, a reference signal (S2); performing matched filtering in a fast time domain, using the reference signal, on the echo signal, obtaining a data matrix (S3); performing baseband conversion in a slow time domain on the data matrix, obtaining a baseband-converted data matrix and a corresponding signal frequency spectrum (S4); correcting the baseband-converted data matrix, so as to eliminate zero offset in the fast time domain, obtaining a corrected data matrix (S5); performing baseband conversion, using a phase function of the reference signal, on the corrected data matrix, obtaining a first target function (S6); discretizing the first target function, obtaining F(kxmn, k ymn), and performing interpolation on a kxmn domain, such that F(kxmn, kymn) is distributed uniformly on the kxmn domain (S7); and performing inverse transformation on the interpolated first target function, obtaining a second target function, obtaining a two-dimensional image of the imaging target (S8).
