Provided in the present application are a terminal antenna and a mobile terminal device. The terminal antenna comprises a frame, a first feed source and a second feed source, wherein the frame is provided with a first gap and a second gap, which divide the frame to form a first conductor, a second conductor and a third conductor; a part of the frame on the side of the first gap that is away from the second gap forms the first conductor, a part of the frame on the side of the second gap that is away from the first gap forms the second conductor, and the frame between the first gap and the second gap forms the third conductor; the first feed source is electrically connected to the first conductor, so that the first conductor radiates a signal; and the second feed source is electrically connected to the second conductor, so that the second conductor radiates a signal of a low-frequency band. The terminal antenna further comprises a control circuit, wherein one end of the control circuit is grounded, and the other end thereof is electrically connected to the first conductor, and is used for controlling the first conductor to radiate a signal of an intermediate/high-frequency band or radiate a signal of a low-frequency band. The terminal antenna can operate at a low-frequency band of 4G and 5G, and has good mobile communication performance.
