Abstract:
Provided by the present invention are a terminal assembly and method for fabrication thereof; the terminal assembly comprises a connection terminal, a lead wire, and an electrical energy transfer member; the electrical energy transfer member comprises at least one metal member, and when there is more than one metal member, the metal members are arranged spaced or overlapping or partially overlapping; the metal members are located between the connection terminal and the inner core of the lead wire and serve as conductive members during welding of the connection terminal and the inner core of the lead wire; the stiffness of the metal member is lower than the stiffness of the connection terminal.
