Abstract:
A terminal according to the present invention is provided with: a reception circuit that receives downlink control information; and a control circuit that, in control for arranging data with respect to a time resource on the basis of the control information, controls a reference for a position at which data is arranged in the time resource, on the basis of a condition related to the data and/or the control information.
