Abstract:
This terminal includes a control unit which executes Listen Before Talk (LBT) in a frequency band equal to or higher than a predetermined frequency, and a transmitting unit which transmits a signal on the basis of the result of the LBT, wherein the control unit executes LBT having a different mechanism from LBT executed in a frequency band lower than the predetermined frequency band.
