Abstract:
This terminal comprises a reception unit that receives, from a base station in a cell other than a secondary cell, a command to enable the secondary cell and a command that triggers a reference signal; and a transmission unit that transmits, to the base station, channel state information on the basis of the result of receiving the reference signal in the secondary cell.
