Abstract:
In order to provide efficient communication, the present invention comprises: a reception unit that receives random access responses and DCI format; and a transmission unit that transmits scheduled PUSCH on the basis of at least a random access response grant included in a random access response. The PUSCH includes a CSI report if transmitted when the number of bits in a first CSI request field set in the DCI format is 1 and the number of bits in a second CSI request field included in the random access response grant is 1. The second CSI request field is reserved when the number of bits in the first CSI request field set in the DCI format is not 1.
