Abstract:
This terminal device comprises: a reception unit for receiving an SS/PBCH block from among candidate SS/PBCH blocks and a transmission unit for transmitting one random access preamble selected from PRACH opportunities. A PRACH opportunity is determined on the basis of the relationship between qSSB and the PRACH opportunities. qSSB is either the remainder of dividing tSSB by QSSB or dividing dSSB by QSSB. tSSB is the timing index of the candidate SS/PBCH blocks. dSSB represents the DMRS index for the PBCH in the SS/PBCH block. QSSB represents a number included in the MIBs of the PBCH.
