Abstract:
Provided is a terminal device which, when communicating with a source cell and a target cell using a single PDCP entity, associates a radio bearer of the source cell and a radio bearer of the target cell that are associated with the same EPS bearer identifier with the PDCP, wherein the PDCP manages two keys.
