Abstract:
The present invention comprises a reception unit that receives RRC information pertaining to a first PUCCH resource set and a second PUCCH resource set and a transmission unit that transmits a PUCCH on the basis of the RRC information, wherein, if the maximum UCI information bit count applied to each of the first PUCCH resource set and the second PUCCH resource set have the same value, the transmission unit determines whether to use the PUCCH resources of the first PUCCH resource set or whether to use the PUCCH resources of the second PUCCH resource set on the basis of first information included in a DCI format.
