Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a terminal device positioning method and a related device therefor, by means of which the accuracy of a positioning result of a terminal device can be improved. The method in the present application comprises: acquiring, from a vector map, a first map point that matches a first feature point of the current image frame captured by a terminal device; acquiring, from the vector map, second map points that match second feature points of other image frames before the current image frame; and according to a target function, adjusting the attitude of the terminal device when capturing the current image frame, so as to obtain an attitude of the terminal device, after being subjected to the current adjustment, when capturing the current image frame, and taking the attitude as a positioning result of the terminal device, wherein the target function comprises a first matching error between the first feature point and the first map point, and second matching errors between the second feature points and the second map points.
