Abstract:
This switch is provided with a function for aggregating a plurality of physical links between said switch and an adjacent switch and using the aggregated physical links as logical links, selects the physical links by using a rule for selecting the physical links on the basis of a transmission source address of a prescribed test packet and information unique to the switch, and transmits the test packet. This terminal device is provided with: an inspection execution unit which transmits the test packet to a prescribed destination device to be reached via a plurality of logical links constituted by the switch, and executes an inspection; and a test packet construction unit which constructs, on the basis of the rule for selecting the physical links with which the logical links are to be constituted by the switch, a plurality of kinds of test packets in which the transmission source addresses of the test packets are rewritten so that the normality of the plurality of physical links to the prescribed destination device can be confirmed. Accordingly, test efficiency is achieved for logical links constituted of multiple stages by using a link aggregation technology.
