Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to suppress buckling of a terminal-equipped electric wire provided with a seal member when being inserted into a terminal attachment hole. The terminal-equipped electric wire 13 is provided with: an electric wire 14 having a core wire 16 made of a conductor and an insulating coating 17 coated on the periphery of the core wire 16; a terminal 15 connected to a lengthwise end of the electric wire 14; a cylindrical seal member 20 surrounding the periphery of the insulating coating 17; and a reinforcement member 30 fixed to the peripheral surface of the insulating coating 17. The lengthwise end section of the terminal-equipped electric wire 13 including the terminal 15 and the seal member 20 is inserted into a terminal attachment hole 12 of a housing 11. In addition, the reinforcement member 30 is disposed in a region extending rearward from a rear end part 20a of the seal member 20 in the insertion direction D1 into the terminal attachment hole 12.
