Abstract:
Provided is a terminal structure for a covered electrical wiring line having a terminal portion including a tip of a covered electrical wiring line, a connecting terminal having a press-fit terminal press-fitted to the terminal portion, and a hygroscopic reactive mold resin covering the terminal portion of the covered electrical wiring line and the press-fit portion of the connecting terminal, wherein: the press-fit portion has a conductive press-fit part press-fitted to the tip of the covered electrical wiring line; a first step is formed between a first portion of the mold resin covering the conductive press-fit part and the tip of the covered electrical wiring line and a second portion of the mold resin covering a portion thinner than the conductive press-fit part, which is further towards the tip than the tip of the covered electrical wiring line of the connecting terminal, such that the height of the first step decreases from the first portion to the second portion; and a first recess recessed towards the connecting terminal is formed in the vicinity of the first step of the second portion.
