A terminal that comprises a reception unit that receives feedback information from a base station device with respect to uplink transmission that is based on a set grant, a control unit that determines an application target for a transmission power control command included in the feedback information, and a transmission unit that applies the transmission power control command to uplink transmission of the application target.
