A terminal according to an aspect of the present disclosure comprises: a reception unit that receives information related to update of transmission configuration indication (TCI) states; and a control unit that, in a case of performing the update of the TCI states of a plurality of cells on the basis of the aforementioned information, determines an update timing of the TCI states in the plurality of cells on the basis of whether or not the TCI states in the plurality of cells are to be recognized after the update and/or on the basis of an offset that is to be established after transmission of an affirmative response (ACK) to the aforementioned information.
