Abstract:
A terminal (200) comprises: a reception unit (220) that receives, from a source gNB (100A), setting information of a target candidate cell under control of a target gNB (100B); and a control unit (240) that, upon occurrence of a radio link failure, does not perform any reestablishment procedure but performs, on the basis of the setting information of the target candidate cell, a procedure of transitioning to the target gNB (100B). In the case of performing, on the basis of the setting information of the target candidate cell, the procedure of transitioning to the target gNB (100B), the control unit (240) resumes a radio bearer having been halted between the terminal (200) and the target gNB (100B).
