Abstract:
A terminal (200) is provided with: a control unit (260) that executes operation of attaching to a 3GPP network (20); a wireless transmission unit (210) that transmits, to the 3GPP network (20), a terminal capability including information indicating classification of the terminal (200); and a wireless reception unit (220) that receives, from the 3GPP network (20), a profile determined in accordance with the classification. The profile includes information necessary for using a communication service. The control unit (260) sets the profile to an embedded subscriber identity module (250).
