Abstract:
Disclosed are a test case reference method and apparatus. The method comprises: in the process of executing a main test case, when a referenced public test case is executed, determining whether a reference variable in the public test case needs to be overwritten; if so, using a preset new value to assign a value to the reference variable, wherein the new value is a numerical value reset for the reference variable included in the referenced public test case in the main test case; if not, using a preset assignment strategy to assign a value to the reference variable; and executing operation steps in the public test case on the basis of the reference variable which has been subjected to assignment. A value can be assigned to a variable of a referenced case according to a new value set by a user, thereby improving the flexibility of a public case. Furthermore, in different scenario conditions of a main test case, different setting values can be used to control the running flow and the score of the referenced case, such that a single public test case is adapted to various conditions, the reusability of a public test case is improved, and the aim of reducing case redundancy is thus achieved.
