Abstract:
The invention relates to a test device comprising a tribometer (1) associated with a sample to be tested, said tribometer comprising: • - a frame (10); • - a piston (2); • - a jaw (3b) which is fixed relative to the frame (10) and carries a first die (19b); • - a jaw (3a) which is movable relative to the frame (10) and carries a second die (19a). The sample (6) is positioned between the two dies (19a, 19b) and has two side ends, each end being in contact with a die (19a, 19b). The piston (2) slides the sample (6) along the dies (19a, 19b). This test device also includes a sample holder (11) holding the sample (6) and being moved by the piston (2), the sample holder (11) and the piston (2) having complementary shapes in order to wedge the sample holder (11) in place.
