Abstract:
A signal input-output unit (41) outputs an equipment simulation signal to a terminal or receives a monitoring corresponding signal from the terminal. A communication unit (44) transmits a monitoring simulation signal or receives an equipment corresponding signal. The monitoring corresponding signal corresponds to the monitoring simulation signal and is input to equipment (410). The equipment corresponding signal corresponds to the equipment simulation signal and is received by a monitoring device (100). A CPU (45) determines whether the input monitoring corresponding signal is normal. The CPU (45) determines whether the received equipment corresponding signal is normal.
