Abstract:
A tetravalent platinum compound-bicyclic double bond amphiphilic polymer prodrug, a nanomicelle formed of same and an application thereof, the polymer having the structure shown in formula (I), wherein when m= 1, (A) represents (B); and when m = 0, (A) represents (C), R represents -CH3 or -CH2CH3, L1 and L2 are independently Cl, N3, NO3, (D), (E), or (F), and n is 10 to 80. The preparation method for the compound comprises a step of reacting an axially bishydroxy-coordinated tetravalent platinum compound with a bicyclic double bond orthoester precursor. The amphiphilic polymer prodrug and the micelle formed of same have pH hypersensitivity and reduction dual responsiveness, and the anti-tumour nano drug preparation prepared therefrom has good biodegradability, excellent tumour cytotoxicity, relatively long-term blood circulation stability, and a certain tumour targeting function.
