Abstract:
A textile cloth leveling device having a good leveling effect, comprising a support. A leveling assembly is provided on one side of the support, and a translation assembly is provided on the other side of the support; the leveling assembly comprises a transverse frame; a scraper is provided at the bottom of the transverse frame; an adjusting frame is provided on a side surface of the transverse frame; one end of the adjusting frame is located in an adjusting recess; the adjusting recess is formed on a side surface of the support; an electric push rod is provided at the inner top of the adjusting recess; a lower end of a piston rod of the electric push rod is fixedly connected to the adjusting frame; a support seat is provided on the transverse frame on one side of the scraper; an accommodating recess is provided at the inner bottom of the support seat; a return spring is provided at the inner top of the accommodating recess; one end of the return spring is fixedly connected to a guide rod; the guide rod is movably connected to the interior of the accommodating recess; the bottom end of the guide rod is fixedly connected to a pressing roller; the pressing roller is provided on the lower side of the support seat. The utility model can quickly flatten cloth, has a good leveling effect and high working efficiency, achieve convenient adjustment, and has strong practicability.
