Abstract:
Disclosed is a textile fabric coloring device for textile processing, comprising a dyeing box and a water exchange tube. The water exchange tube is fixed at a position on the outer wall of one side of the dyeing box close to the bottom, and a sealing cover is threadedly connected onto the inner wall of the water exchange tube; fabric guide rollers equidistantly distributed in a staggered manner are fixedly connected inside the dyeing box by means of rotating shafts; an unwinding mechanism is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the dyeing box, and a winding mechanism is arranged on the outer wall of the other side of the dyeing box; a coloring mechanism is arranged inside the dyeing box; the unwinding mechanism comprises a left side plate, a mounting plate, a fabric roller, and a fixing rod, the mounting plate is fixed onto one side of the dyeing box by means of the left side plate, and the fixing rod is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of one side of the mounting plate. According to the present invention, dye can penetrate through a fabric for dip dyeing; in addition, dye in the vicinity of the other side of the fabric can be suctioned into a water pumping box via water inlet holes on the water pumping box, so that the power of the dye to penetrate through the fabric can be improved, and the coloring effect is better.
