Abstract:
A textile process, involving, in order, the process procedures of cotton scutching, cotton carding, twisting, spinning and manufacturing, wherein in the above-mentioned steps, the spinning procedure involves using a spinning machine to spin a roving, and the number of teeth in the spinning machine is adjusted. A fabric produced according to these process requirements has a flat and full overall fabric surface effect, thereby improving the grade of the fabric, with the fabric having better functional effects, i.e. the functions of mold resistance, microbe inhibition, moisture absorption, breathability, being ultraviolet-proof and anti-static, etc., and overcomes the defect of silk yarns fraying easily during use.
