Abstract:
Disclosed is a textile roller holder system facilitating the fixing of textile rollers, the system comprising two bases, wherein the upper ends of the two bases are both fixedly connected to support rods; opposite sides of the two support rods are both fixedly connected to fixing plates; a side wall of each fixing plate is fixedly connected to a horizontal plate by means of a pushing mechanism; the upper end of the horizontal plate is fixedly connected to two vertical rods by means of a damping device; the upper ends of the two vertical rods are jointly fixedly connected to a top plate; the two vertical rods are jointly slidably connected to a moving pressing plate; and the upper end of the moving pressing plate is provided with a first threaded rod in a penetrating manner. The present invention realizes fixing easily and fast, and improves the efficiency. By means of the provision of the damping device, an impact force on a textile roller caused by shaking during movement can be effectively reduced, and the textile roller is prevented from falling off a holder due to an excessive shaking force. A pressing plate is driven to move by means of the action of a drive electric motor, causing pressure between a fixed pressing plate and the top plate to increase, thereby further preventing the textile roller from being separated from the position between the fixed pressing plate and the top plate.
