Abstract:

This texture presentation device 1 comprises: a synthesis unit 13 which refers to a recipe for a selected food to acquire audio signals of the chewing sounds of respective ingredients contained in the food from a database 15, and synthesizes, as the audio signal of the texture to be presented, the acquired audio signals of the respective ingredients; and a presentation unit 14 which presents the texture of the food by using the synthesized audio signal.
