Abstract:
A textured skin-core hollow microporous untwisted composite filament yarn, a production method therefor, and an application thereof, which can be used for manufacturing a marker head, a water absorption rod, a filtering element, a filtering material, a liquid storage material, etc. The textured skin-core hollow microporous untwisted composite filament yarn is a textured skin-core hollow microporous untwisted composite filament yarn, a production method therefor, and an application thereof, which can be used for manufacturing marker heads, a water absorption rod, a filtering element, a filtering material, a liquid storage material, etc. The textured skin-core hollow microporous untwisted composite filament yarn is formed by compounding a plurality of textured skin-core hollow untwisted filament yarns; the textured skin-core hollow untwisted filament yarns are composed of a skin layer, an inner layer, and a hollow core layer; the skin layer is covers the outside of the inner layer, and the hollow core layer is arranged in the middle of the inner layer. a microporous structure is present on the skin layer and the inner layer. Components of the skin layer are modified low melting point polyester (PET), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), or low melting point polylactic acid (PLA), and the melting point of the core layer is 250-260 degrees. The proportion of the components of the skin layer to the total is 20-40%, the proportion of the components of the inner layer to the total is 80-60%, and the hollowness of the hollow core layer is 20-50% of a cross-sectional area.
