Abstract:
A thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate, comprising multiple data lines (11a, 11b) and multiple gate lines (12a, 12b); the multiple data lines (11a, 11b) and the multiple gate lines (12a, 12b) are mutually perpendicular to each other to form multiple pixel zones; each pixel zone comprises a pixel electrode (14), TFTs (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) and a storage capacitor (15); the pixel electrode (14) is disposed within the pixel zone; the TFTs are disposed at the overlapping junction between the data lines (11a, 11b) and the gate lines (12a, 12b); and the storage capacitor (15) is disposed on the gate lines (12a, 12b). Also disclosed is a liquid crystal panel comprising the TFT array substrate. With the TFTs (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) disposed at the overlapping junction between the data lines (11a, 11b) and the gate lines (12a, 12b), the aperture ratio of the liquid crystal display is effectively improved without reducing the wiring of gate lines (12a, 12b) and data lines (11a, 11b), and the aperture ratio is further improved by disposing the storage capacitor (15) on the gate lines (12a, 12b).
