Abstract:

Provided is a TFT array substrate structure based on an OLED, comprising a plurality of groups of TFT devices formed on a substrate (5), a capacitor, a common electrode (4) and a data signal line (3), each TFT device including a drive TFT, the drive TFT including a grid electrode (21), a source electrode (22) and a drain electrode (23), the drain electrode (23) extending out to form a drain electrode frame (231) capable of surrounding a pixel block of the TFT array substrate, and a transparent conducting film (232) in contact with the drain electrode frame (231) being arranged in an area enclosed by the drain electrode frame (231). The metal drain electrode frame extending out from the drain electrode of the drive TFT is internally connected to the transparent conducting film, so that the resistance is obviously reduced, the thickness of the transparent conducting film can be further reduced, the manufacture cost and occurrence probability of potential defects can be decreased, and for a flexible display device, defects of the electrode structure such as breaking and stripping due to repeated bending can be avoided, and the reliability can be improved.
