Abstract:
Disclosed are a TFT substrate, a display panel and a display apparatus. The TFT substrate at least comprises a first thin-film transistor and a storage capacitor arranged on the substrate. The storage capacitor comprises: a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer and a third electrode layer, wherein the first electrode layer, the second electrode layer and the third electrode layer are all arranged on a different layer from a source and drain electrode layer of the first thin-film transistor, and the second electrode layer is arranged between the first electrode layer and the third electrode layer. In this way, abnormal bright spots of a display panel can be reduced, improving the display effect.
